"Growing" in Kinder-GARDEN!

Dear Families:
Here are some highlights from our  week!

- We learned how plants grow from seeds from many nonfiction books and from watching short videos
-We planted our own pumpkin seeds! We will continue to observe our pumpkin seeds next week to see when they will sprout. Children will be able to take home their plants in a few weeks!
-We are continuing to enjoy our class pet bunny! Olive will be with us until next Friday.
-We had a mystery Reader on Friday

Check out the pictures below!!

Thank you to Giovanni's mom for coming in to our class to be our Mystery Reader!!!

Reminders:

*Field Trip on May 17th
***Due to a limited number of chaperones we can take, I will be only be choosing two chaperones to come with us on the field trip. If you are not selected, please keep in mind that we will be going on our last field trip in Kindergarten to the Franklin Park Zoo on June 2nd. 😀

*Snack: Please make sure you send your child to school with a snack daily!!!
*Recess: Spring in New England can bring many different weather patterns! Please make sure your child dresses appropriately for the weather!
Thank you 😊

Thank you!!!
A big thank you to all parents for making this week so special for teachers at Fox Hill. Mrs. Binnall and I loved the notes, flowers, muffins, and the luncheon on Friday for Teacher Appreciation Week.
We could not do what we do without YOU!

Have a wonderful weekend!
