Dear Families,
We had a busy and exciting week back from vacation here in Kindergarten!
We learned about Earth Day, we learned characteristics of living things, had a Mystery Reader, and received a VERY special visitor on Friday.
Check out the pictures below!
On Friday, we visited the library for a hands-on Earth Day Program. We got to see and/or touch live animals, skeletons, and even got to plant some seeds! Some Kindergarteners were extra brave and held a cockroach! WOW!
Thank you to Mrs. Foster for being our Mystery Reader on Friday!
On Friday morning, our class got a VERY special visitor...our class pet Bunny Olive!
Olive will stay with us for two weeks!
We will be kindly accepting donations of vegetables or leafy greens for Olive to eat and enjoy. If you would like to donate some treats for Olive, please send in vegetables (i.e. carrots), and/or leafy greens in a plastic baggie.
We will have Olive until May 12th.
Thank you!!!
Reminder:
Please send in the permission slip and payment for our upcoming field trip to Seussical as soon as possible!
Have a wonderful weekend!!!
